SYED ALI RAZA ABIDI

Chief Executive Officer

Ali Raza is a forward-thinking finance professional with over 18 years versatile experience of working with renowned multinational companies in areas of accounting, compliance, internal controls, risk management, SOP development, budgeting & forecasting, business partnering, system implementation, solution delivery, and stakeholder management.

Prior to joining Finbiz, Ali served at HP Pakistan as Country Controller & Director, responsible for control & compliance, shared services, managing finance operations of AEC entities.

Before that, Ali spent several years with Novo Nordisk Pharma and Coca-Cola Pakistan. 

Ali Raza is an MBA in Finance & Accounting and is using the credential of Advance Diploma in Management Accounting from Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK.

SALIM RAZA RAWJANI

Chief Operating Officer

A dynamic CFO and executive who is commercially focused and committed to collaborating with leaders to maximize results. A trusted business partner and team player, with an impressive track record of providing strategic and operational business leadership through balancing strategy, results and robust governance.

With strong leadership capabilities in business, finance and people management in the fast-paced IT industry leading country and regional teams. Expertise covers a broad range of finance and operations skills in a global MNC, spanning Controllership, Business Finance and worked with Shared Services Centres.

A keen mentor and worked for talent programs that support high potential talent in the workplace.

Salim Raza Rawjani is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, with 24 years’ experience with Global Corporate and Public Accounting Firm. Specialized expertise in Merger & Acquisition, Treasury and Risk Management, Strategic and Taxation Planning, Financial Restructuring and Systems Implementation, and Business Process Re-engineering. Value addition initiatives included Cost Savings, Due Diligence Procedures, Consolidation of Multi-Company / Divisional financing, Liquidity Forecasting to match Sales / Imports resulting in substantial savings to the organization.

Prior to co-founding Finbiz Services (Private) Limited, Salim worked with Hewlett Packard Pakistan as CFO responsible for Pakistan and AEC (Asian Emerging Countries) that comprises of 13 countries with turnover of USD 425m. He also worked as CEO for last 3 years with Hewlett Packard Enterprise and statutory directors in other entities. Salim has also worked with Novartis Pakistan, The Coca-Cola Company and GlaxoSmithKline Pakistan.

Salim is spearheading as the business development, operations and advisory service lines at Finbiz Services (Private) Limited Karachi office and providing convenient solutions to diversified range of SMEs. His exposure from AFF Fergusons of dealing with clients in construction, textile, automobile, engineering, oil and gas, NGO, telecom, chemicals, pharmaceutical industry allowed him to comprehend and address key issues faced by his clients.

Syed Mehdi Hasan Naqvi

Director Operations

Mehdi is an astute Finance Professional with over twenty years of experience with Top Global Brands having expertise in financial accounting, controls & compliance, commercial & supply chain finance, planning & budgeting, financial reporting, system development, and ERP implementation, etc. 

Previously he was associated with Pepsi Cola Bottler in Sukkur (SBL) looking after controls & compliance, commercial & supply chain finance, planning & budgeting, financial reporting, etc.

He has also worked with the largest Pepsi Cola Bottlers (the Middle East and Africa region) in Saudia Arabia at senior level position working with top management for system & control implementation, business planning, restructuring & change management, etc.

Before that Mehdi was engaged with Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI) in Pakistan leading the finance function of Southern Business Region.

Mehdi is a Fellow member of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP) and an Associate Member of the Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (PIPFA).

Imtiaz Ahmad

Imtiaz Ahmad is a seasoned IT professional has extensive experience in Information Communication Technology and has ability to facilitate the transformation of any business using his widespread exposure in business process re-engineering 

He has a diverse experience of working with Multinationals (Pharmaceuticals, CPG, Logistic Services, Financial Institutions, FMCGs) with exposure to multi-facet technologies which can add significant value to any business success in the areas of finance, supply chain, manufacturing, sales / distribution, planning/budgeting, IT/OT and various operational processes.

He also has experience in merger / acquisition and transition/ transformation of multi legal entities.  Has delivered large technology projects over 20m US$ on schedule / on budget in alignment with the business strategies. Companies he worked for include Middle East North/ Africa Beverage, GSK, SmithKline Beecham, DHL and National Development Finance Corporation.

Razi Uddin Ahmad

Razi is a coach, change facilitator and mentor, who has built high performing teams, nurtured innovative thinking and “out of box solutions”, led cross functional teams and actively contributed in business transformation with sustainable growth and talent retention, and has the passion to make life simple and ease for self and team members

A qualified Chartered Accountant with three decades of experience in Managing Board, Leading Finance at Regional & Country Level, General Management, Supply Chain Management, Internal Audit, Procurement and Administration. 

Previously Razi was associated with IFFCO Pakistan and TCS (Pvt.) as Group CFO & Company Secretary, with overall responsibility of finance function and deriving company to optimize financial growth in the highly competitive market. His cost-saving initiatives resulted in substantial savings for both companies.

Before joining TCS, he was associated with the Top Beverages Company, Coca- Cola Beverages Pakistan Limited as a CFO, transforming the company’s operations from a finance as well as a commercial, supply chain, and operational perspective.
